Hello,

A couple months ago my computer started getting this blue screen during instances in WoW and I would have to restart, it then progressed to just randomly restarting itslef after the screen froze. It mostly happens during an instance however. Sometimes it'll go for a couple of days without problem and other times its up to four times in one sitting(at which point I just turn wow off)

What I have done myself:
Downloaded and used Spybot- Search and Destroy
Updated my graphics card
My computer never feels hot when it crashes.
I've never been able to write down what the blue screen says but mostly recently that hasn't been popping up.
Used the WoW repair

Does anyone have any ideas because this is really frustrating me to the point where I don't want to play WoW anymore.

try here...post # 8
no joy...
To view the Windows Event Viewer...click on Start ... Run ...type in eventvwr press enter...click on system and after getting screenshots there ...click on applications and do the same..

get screenshots of the errors there and post them here...only get a couple of the most frequent errors

I didn't know what was important so I did the best I could. Thank you so much for looking through this in advance! As for the post you put up from the WOW website I tried following the links and they didn't work so I just turned off the autoshut off thingy.

I need you to click on the errors to open the event window...drag that window to the side and then get a screenshot...I want to see both at the same time...
