I've not been able to connect to the itunes store to download my iphone update - whenever I try, I get the message: itunes could not connect to the itunes store. an unknown error ocurred (-3212). I have reinstalled itunes twice, checked my firewall settings (per a recent post on the GtG website), and am totally puzzled....
