Use Killbox on:
c:\windows\system32\jkxhxtk.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

Reboot and run HijackThis, use it to fix:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ivdvmpk] c:\windows\system32\jkxhxtk.exe

Reboot again and post the new log

If (and you should) get a warning from Regprot somewhere during the process above, write down the filename the new key is pointing to, so we can remove that later and deny it from being added.

Sorry but I mis-read your last message. I thought you meant delete the files, then reboot and write down filenames Regprot brought up. [bleep]! As it was, by sheer force of habit, I pressed okay and then realised I hadn't written them down.

Does this mean I have to reboot and post a new log for you to ident the bad filenames from?

It's still there (log file below). Perhaps if you explain the process you're doing to me (e.g., why Regprot, what sequence I should do everything in, how you identify which file it is, I can experiment and let you know when I think I've got a HJT file that says Nail is gone).

Regprot guards the Run keys and should alert you when a new key is added.

You should be able to deny permission so the O4 line in the log does not come back.

You now have:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xejrfop] c:\windows\system32\fbjktm.exe

As you have seen this will change everytime you reboot.
I think, but that is a guess, it changes as soon as the process is stopped.
You can try by stopping the process fbjktm.exe in TaskManager.

Another option is to repeat all the steps in safe mode
