my laptop has been getting attacked by Wini File; i've been attacked by files like this before, so my computer sometimes gets errors,it freezes,crashes, and sometimes i have to restart it.

i heard of Super Anti Virus to get rid of it, but whenever i click on the icon, it says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Wini File is still on my computer and i need to remove it and maybe the other problems that's been happening with my pc. please help!
