Hi all,
I have a slight problem, i had major system problems on my XP pro laptop, i managed to get all that sorted no problem, i used a spare XP cd that i had laying around to help with corrupt system files and to get into the recovery console, so now i am back in windows and all is ok, until i go to re activate the system, it says that i need to enter a new XP cd key!

Is there any way that i would be able to recover the existing key? I do have the key for this CD but it is used on another PC.

Thanks
