After charging the battery and switching on, Microsoft greets you with Vista Home Premium Setup Screen, The first task is the Ease of Acess select and move on. That is the problem. I make my selections, click APPLY and the CANCEL option is highted and progess stops. If I make my selections and click OK the selection box disapears but the NEXT option remains greyed out and again progress is halted.
I would really appreciate the missing information that gets me to the next step. PLEASE.
(The Ease of Access selection box is an all talking show and I have heard enough)
