I was playing a computer Game(FATE: Undiscovered Realms) when it froze my computer up, so I did a warm start reboot. The error message "Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter" came up. I boot from my C: drive where I installed XP onto the drive. How do I correct this. I have the OEM XP SP1 OS Disk.

Go here: http://icrontic.com/...pair_windows_xp
Follow the steps using your XP disc.

Looks like some filesystem corruption to me.

Thank You Edge2022, That was the perfect fix to my missing system files. I can now boot XP off of my C: again.
