I just got a new 9800gt and i put it in. I think (not sure) everything was working fine untill i did a 20 min. Ntune thing. Now when i switch from an active window or game i hear a strong buzzing sound, changing frequencies when i switch back and forth. Also i notice a lot of laggy ish ness in World of Warcraft, but my FPS is staying above 80+. It even lags when the settings are on super low. I'm on a 32" tv at 1920x1080 at 60hz. I MIGHT have knocked something lose in my machine when i put the card in cuz it was a very tight fit but i doubt i did. any suggestions? (i also already reverted the Ntune test thing but no change.) Also i tried overclocking it using Precision (its an EVGA) and the graph thing shows the Mhz's going way lower than even the lowest setting for the overclocking. So when i hit apply the settings i set stay for like 5 seconds then revert back to super low speeds.
