I did try to run the malware tools suggested and was successful the first time i tried but did not keep the logs - sorry! there has been no improvement in the system, which is getting slower and crashing more often. I have tried to run the tools again but this freezes after 6 minutes and I need to shut the computer down to restart.
I a currently working from another computer while still trying to get my own to work.
Any help would be great.
