Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105 that i blew some fuses on about a year ago. Now it will not start or anything. I also have an older Dell inspiron 5100 that has no screen or keyboard, but when hooked up to a monitor works fine. Is there any way to take the hard drive and all components out of the dell and replace the damaged Toshiba parts with them? I have been wanting to get the computer fixed for some time now. Any advice helps, Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forums. :)

If they are the same, you may be able to put the old hard drive and RAM in, but you won't be able to get anything else in.

You would need to check the specifications of each the hard drive and RAM, on each machine, and they will need to match perfectly.

Cheers
