please help me i know nothing about this stuff. i have some thing telling me that i have 37 infected files and when i click on it it wants me to buy something. i have read some of the posts but do not know how to fix it even with reading them.

The log file is not used in this forum.
If you suspect a infection then:

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

i did do a malware removal thing 2 days ago and i helped one problem but not the google thing. i have lots of virus programs like the otl thing and that stuff but it didnt help my google thing
