I've had this problem for some time now and can't seem to be able to get rid of it. In IE , Mozilla ,the desk top or any other program I have open a drop down menu keeps popping up and it seems as though a remote user is trying to take control of my pc. I scan daily with mcafee, avast, windows defender and super antivirus but nothing is working. I can present a hi-jack this log if it would help.

Please help....very frustrated.
