[what's C++?]

I have the CD for Empire Earth 2 Art of Supremecy and it worked just fine on my old computer but now my new computer says there is nothing on it and the File system is RAW, please note that I never checked what the file system was on my old computer. I've done every thing I know and since my warranty ran out over a year ago I have no idea of what to do but buy either a new CD or digital copy of it. If anybody knows of a soultion I would love to hear it. And I apolagize if something like this was posted before but I went through Fiften pages and found nothing that healped.
