Hi!

My Toshiba laptop has been getting slower and slower, and today it took a solid 10 minutes to restart, then another 2 to open Firefox. I'm getting really really frustrated!

Ever since I removed a virus a long time ago, I've gotten an "cannot find the file svchost.exe please make sure this file exists or remove the reference to it in the registry" message on startup, but since there are nearly a dozen instances of the file svchost.exe I'm not about to go deleting things to get rid of one error message which doesn't appear to affect anything other than making me click it to continue booting up.
