Hi, Recently my computer was infected by various malware and I reported here, shortly after "handhfan" responded with easy instructions after the other to help me repair my desktop, he was kind, respectful and always professional. I would like to give him one [bleep] of a thank you for all the hard work he has done.

THANK YOU :)

He has also inspired me to maybe join up with the professionals and students of GeekU, as I am sure this site is always in need of volunteers with the courage and dedication to take on nasty malware that scum bag hackers and the like love to create. I would also like to thank the staff and administrators of Geeks To Go! If it were not for all of you this wonderful site would not exist! Thanks! :)

- Jay

Jay,

Thanks so much for the kind words. You had a true professional with handhfan, and I'm glad you got everything sorted out. I'll make sure he sees this. :)

Its great to hear such kind words… the simple satisfaction of a “heart felt thank you” is the reason most of us do this type of volunteer work.

Thanks, and enjoy the forums :)

Every now and again, there just happens to be one completely chosen-at-random topic for the art known as "offtopicness". This happens to be one such topic.

So why would Sari sari approach SpySentinel with the spelling stick in hand, when he hadn't incorrectly spelt any words? Forth is a word.

:)

*Troy waits, just knowing someone will scrutinize this post...
