I downloaded HP Photosmart 3.5 and when i try to start it i get "The application failed to initialize properly(0xc015002).I saw somewhere else a C++ program update was needed when this happened on xp so i checked and saw the windows one from 2008 and downloaded it,but that didnt help.Any Ideas??????
