help!..chkdsk says one or more unrecoverable problems!

I recently had a topic about windows did not start successfully...i was trying to recover windows xp home edition...the chkdsk came out fine then...i just noticed a sticker on back of computer that said windows xp media center...i put the recover cd in and instead of putting load identifier as home i put media center edition 2005...ran chkdsk and it says the volume appears to contain one or more unrecoverable problems...did i break it?!...its my b/f computer!
