malware programs wont start and ads pop up

I know im infected with something. No malware programs will download or run. I got combo fix to run and have posted the results. My office 2000 keeps popping up asking for the disk and it says my pev.exe and pev.cfexe are corrupt
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I got combofix to load using the idea in your guide. That let me run malware bytes and I was off and running. I had 10 infections and was able to take care of them. This is a great site, Thanks for all of the suggestions and guides!
