Hello,

I've seen a few posts on these boards about Win32.TDSS.rtk removal, and it seems like each post has a slightly different solution, depending on the nature of the infection. I have a Win32.TDSS.rtk problem, and like everyone else, when I attempt to remove it with Spybot S&D, it just keeps coming back.

How do I go about analyzing and removing this infection?

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
