Trying to run a Windows repair and stuck at a screen!

I am running a Windows repair with the Windows XP SP2 cd and am just past the screen where it asks for an administrator's password. It shows...


C:\WINDOWS>

I did not know what to do, so i typed HELP and it gave me a list of commands... I have no idea what to do with them.

I am running the repair because i got the Fatal System Error c000021a
