Hi

2 days ago, AVG Free picked up around about 90 infections in a virus scan, all relating to iTunes files. I uninstalled the program as i also couldn't run it anymore. I then downloaded the installer for itunes (from the official Apple website), and pretty much as soon as the download finished, AVG Free picked up infections coming from the iTunes Setup.exe file. So i have no itunes, and i cant install it (i did try, despite the infections. Tried removing these infections with AVG Free then deleting the file, but the virus just seems to go for "iTunes" related files.

Please help, I need this program back ASAP.
