How to Put my Drivers On a Disk?

So, I have Windows Vista, and I am going to install a new OS. I understand that to do that, I have to reformat my computer, and put my drivers on a disk. So I was wondering, how do I find my drivers? How do I know which ones I need? How do I get them on my computer after I install the new OS? And can I use any kind of disk to put it on? Thanks in advance.

Go to the website of the people who made the computer, or the website of the people who made the motherboard. You'll find all the drivers you need for your make/board there.
