Last month I built/upgraded my new computer with a new motherboard, RAM and CPU. For the first week or so of having the new set up. I would always get random BSOD's or lock ups. The system seems pretty unstable. After about a week I'm not sure what fixed it but the blue screens stopped happening. I'd still get them from time to time but not as frequent as they used to be. About 5 or 6 weeks later and I'm here. The blue screens have been happening more and more as of late. I'll get a blue screen, usually while playing a game that's pretty demanding. The system will restart and then after a few minutes of being on the desktop or browsing it'll just freeze. Usually I'll leave the system turned off for about 30 minutes and come back and try again (play for a few more hours or maybe less until it happens again). I've read heaps of threads all over the internet about this motherboard and how there are issues with the board and RAM. Nothing has yet to give me a solid solution. Some people have solved it by removing one stick of RAM and just leaving one in. I don't really want to do this. Others have changed the voltages or something along those lines in the BIOS. I'm not too sure what I should have my voltages set to and I was hoping you guys could help. If you guys could let me know what the best voltages/whatever are the best for my current specifications are that would be fantastic!

-Windows XP Professional 32bit
-ASUS P5N-E SLI Motherboard
-Intel Core 2 Quad Core Q8400
-2x 2GB 240PIN DDR2 DIMM PC2-6400 Crucial RAM (4GB)
-Nvidia GeForce 8600GT 256MB
-430W PSU (Not too sure what brand it is. It's nothing too flash. I really need to get a new and better PSU right?)
