i downloaded a movie recently in five parts

encountered the extensions ....mkv.__a ,mkv.__b etc

how do i join these files

tried hjsplit,but it looks only for the usual .001,.002 files

can someone help me pl

Don't usually deal with movie stuff, but couldn't you copy those files to another folder and rename them with the extensions mkv.001 ,mkv.002, etc? Then use HJSplit?

was unable to come online all these days sorry... tried mkv.001,mkv.002 already...dint work which is wy submitted a post :) .... will check out the link thanks :-)
