Connecting Nintendo DSi to the USB Wi-Fi connector

Hey, im trying to connect My DSi to the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector but im coming up with the Error Code:52003
It says "Unable to obtain IP Address. Confirm that the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector is functioning properly. For help, visit support.nintendo.com" but the thing is my USB NWC is working fine.

Any help?
