My computer, Dell Inspiron 530S running XP SP3, was infected with various trojans and spyware. After installing Kaspersky and Malwarebytes, I was able to delete all that were found. I have eliminated the Generic host process error and am able to open IE again and view the basic yahoo and msn pages as well as some others. However when I go to secured websites, such as Panda Security.com it won't bring up the page. All I get is the white IE Page that states Page cannot be displayed. I tried to manually rereg dlls but that didn't work either. Here is my HJT log:

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
