Hi,

When a laptop description states, Screen: 13.3 WXGA TFT LCD. Is this a brightview (glossy)?

WXGA, in a nutshell is a widescreen display. It has nothing to do with whether the screen is brightview or not.

Most manufacturers use a handful of other terms in the descriptions of the laptop to indicate whether it has a glossy screen or not. A list of the most common is here:
