:) My son purchased a refurbished CF-28 toughbook. It did not come with a DVD module. He purchased the DVD module separately. When it is pluged into the multimedia bay the computer does not recognise it. The LED indicator lights to show power is being provided and the access LED lights when a disk is put into the drive, but goes out after a few seconds. The drive is not listed in the system hardware list. I have loaded the drivers from the disk shipped with the computer, but this made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas?
