well i was doing some late night video watching (not porn you freaks) and with one pop up my comp goes wacko. McAfee says it deleted a trojan and everything seemed fine, so i just slept on it. Next day as i booted up my laptop and it took a considerable amount of time. The startup programs don't start up, so doesn't google desktop, just nothing starts up. About a minuete later it goes blue and says due to some thingy it must shut down, which it does and reboots. In safe mode, McAfee keeps telling me I've got NTOSKRNL-HOOK, it's removed, but still shows up. I've downloaded CCleaner and Malwarebytes which have helped delay the time it goes to blue screen of death, but no success.

I've read some other posts, threads, and forums bout it, but it seems nothings working and i need 1 on 1 help. I am new to this (kinda) and would like any help given (provided it does help). I'm pretty sure theres probably more malware and spyware lurking around, but please, HELP ME!!!
