I saw a question from (I think) Richard re getting an "alignment error" message on his Dell Photo 926 printer after having put in a new black-and-white cartridge. He later said he had figured out a way to get around the problem. I'm wondering if someone could explain to me how to do that (this happened on two new cartridges and somehow also drained both of them, or at least the printer says "low on ink" for both of them). I also put a new color cartridge in, and that works fine- it's just the black-and-white side which doesn't work (it does print, but very poorly). Thanks so much to anyone who can help!
