my connect to isp password will not save

Hi
Just bought the father in law a comp with xp windows proffesional,just set it up
everythings fine until,every time I restart the computer to get on the net, it does not save my isp password,so I have to keep retyping it,which is a pain.Anyway around this ???

Hello chapelx...

Do you have the Auto Complete feature configured properly?

Open Control Panel and double click on "Internet Options". Under the "Content" tab, click on the "AutoComplete" button. Make sure the boxes next to "Web Addresses", "User Names and Passwords on Forms", and "Prompt me to save passwords" are all selected. Select them and Apply the change if they are not already selected.

Let me know what you find.
