For some reason, i have 15 instances of scvhost.exe open in my processes on startup. Deleting/ending the tasks returns bad results, including disabling my sound and kicking me off the internet. All the scvhosts are in lower case. I've also been getting a ton of popups lately, their appearance was sudden, and most of the popups are persistent, requiring me to click "yes i'm sure" or "cancel" or the like before i can actually exit them. The SCVhosts cause cpu and connection lag while playing games.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
