hi my keyboard is drivin me mad when i go to put my email in e.g [email protected] when i put @ in it is where the 2 is and " where the @ should be how do i change the keys back again

i dont no i have just formated my pc and when i try to put my email in i have 2 press shift and 2 to get @ please help

no i always use the ' to get the @ but it has swapped round please help
