Office XP Outlook automatically adds contact info as attachment

Iight.. I have an interesting problem. a friend of mine just called me saying that when they go to forward a message in outlook it automatically attaches a certain person's contact information. It Seems to do this for every message that is forwarded and is always the same person's contact info.

Is there a setting somewhere in outlook that sets it to automatically do this? or is this a program fluke? Any ideas on a fix?

Any and all help is much appreciated! If at all possible I need the help as soon as I can get it...
