Norton 360 Trouble with LiveUpdate

I just got my new computer and Norton 360, and I just installed it last night. They just released updates, apparently, but some of them will not update. At the mainscreen under PC Security, it says At Risk, You have 6 issues leaving you unprotected against the latest threats. I clicked the Fix It button to run Live Update, but like I said, it won't update and install certain parts of the program. What should I do?
