Hi there, i was wondering, is there anything on the internet which i can use to remote control any other computer, obviously with the permission of the person i'm trying to help?

A while ago i needed help at work and i had to go on a website and then put in a code on the website and it would let them take over the computer i was using with no software at all.

Is there something around that i could do that, to help my friends etc?

thanks!

XP has a built in Remote Access
Go to Microsoft Remote Access and they can show you how to set it up.
Each system would have to give permission for this so you can't just log onto someones computer anytime.
