i think i screwed something up. i ran malwarebytes and saw that i had the Trojan.tdss infection. i saw in a post that using sdfix would solve the issue. sdfix seem to run but it didnt seem to finish or it got hung. i got no icons on reboot so i tried the task manager and used that to run the sdfix restore registry feature. evidently, it makes a backup before it runs so i figuired the worst that could happen is i would be back at the point i was before. well, right now it doesnt boot in normal or safe mode and gets stuck at mup.sys. help. what can i do. thanks for your time
