T23 Laptop continuously Freezing

Can someone please help, my laptop was continuously freezing where i neede to perform a hard shutdown.

What I have down to try and overcome this is I have wiped everything off updated the bios, created a dual boot system with the original T23 CDs and ubuntu.

The system is still freezing in both systems where I need to perform a hard shutdown. I have tried testing the RAM using ubuntu and also found some utility to test the hard disk and both are coming up as ok.

I had originally posted it under malware about two months ago before I wiped everything off. I tried bumping this up in the waiting room this week when it was in Malware and got suitably told off. Sorry about that guys.

I have now posted it here hopefully t hisi is the right place. Can anyone please help me I really like this laptop and dont want to lose it.
