Virus help

I have 3 questions but I don't know where to put the other one so here are my questions.

First question is when I try to load a program lets say the The Windows Installer Service, it says The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

My second problem is that I caught a Virus not too long ago and fixed it but now my USBs don't work. It works on other computers but not mine.

My last problem is that my Spybot search and destroy do not open and in the taskbar, it shows an icon that says:
Spybot-SD Resident
126342 processes blacklisted.
283740 ratings available.

Can anyone help me fix my problems. I'd really apreciate it if anyone can help me get my computer working again.
