I checked the properties in device manager for dvd device. It said it is working properly. I tried to open or double-clicked E:/ (dvd device) to read the dvd I put in there. But NADA! Sometimes it reads, sometimes it doesn't read. I know it couldn't be faulty dvds that I put in there. I tried to clean, used "fill in scratches" wiper on the dvds. So it couldn't be the dvds. HEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!
