WMP 11 has DRM built into it and in my opinion sucks...it will refuse to play dvd's I bought because my dvd burner doesn't have DRM built into it (the hardware) WMP 10 plays them just fine...
so you have 3 options go here and get Windows Media Player 10... and install it...
or go here and get VLC Media Player...it will play just about anything you throw at it...
or get a player like PowerDVD 9 that costs $50.00
