I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 that will no longer boot up. When I turn it on the numlock key lights up and the caps lock and scroll lock keys flash for about 30 seconds before the computer turns off completely. The screen stays completely blank and neither the fan nor the disk are turning. I understand this is an error message and called Dell but they wanted to charge me $200 just to tell me over the phone what to do. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me what is wrong. Thanks.
