Hi there can anyone help (please note i know very little about the running of a PC)

I purchased my Advent 64bit PC about a month ago (runs Windows Vista) - it is really frustrating.

1) Thought as this was a big machine it would run faster!! no so can be really slow loading pages/games etc.
2) Unable to open some web pages at all - the timer just runs and runs and then nothing.
3) Sometimes only part of a web page will show.
4) Am running AVG as my virus protection. Have done several checks and can't locate any spyware thats not to say there isn't something lurking in the depths, but this problem has happened since new.

Please can anyone help.

Many thanks
:)
