Hello everyone,

A couple of my friends have been working on creating a server to host their own sites from. The server is working and is running on linux using debian. The trouble is that they do not know how to set up DNS/name server accounts so they can actually host their sites. They have a DNS program called bind9. Does anyone know how to configure this correctly or know of any tutorials online. Thanks.

Here's some good sites with the basics of server admin.

Don't overlook security, or you'll soon regret it.
