Hello, my laptop says that the tdi.sys file is corrupt and that I need to run chkdsk, but dfor some reason I can not run chkdsk because it can not access the volume.
So, I was wondering if I can just replace de file c windows drivers tdi.sys for the file in c windows servicepackfiles i386 tdi.sys

Thanks

No, it's an older version.
The message appears for a reason, and it's most likely the hard drive is on the way out. Flip the laptop upside down and under one of the compartments will be the hard drive, it'll have a brand name on it (Hitachi, Western Digital and Samsung are the most common), go to their website for a hard drive diagnostic tool.
