Okay, lets start this off, i registered here so i can get the answer to this question that has been annoying me for about a week or 2. There is a gray globe that appears in my taskbar every so often, it freezes everything, though if i have a browser up i can still surf the web, but i switch windows, anything i open would be frozen, and i know some people think check task manager, don't worry i've tried and the outcome was it froze midscreen, there's only a couple temporary solutions to my problem right now, 1. restart or shut down 2. switch user, if you could please help with this problem it would be much appreciated, i have seen this question a few times before but they all said use task manager but it doesn't work so i'm trying you guys, the geeks, and see if you can help me. Thank you everyone.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
