computer freezing (should have clean logs)

so the computer i just had on this forum about trojans and was declared as clean, is freezing up. thread found here http://www.geekstogo...PK-t246972.html and this computer also has a thread opened about slow internet connection found (in the case it is relevant) here http://www.geekstogo...al-t247618.html. i have noticed that the computer itself is running slower than well really as slow as it ever has.

anyway last i checked my cpu temp was not going over 107 degrees F. and system temp no higher than 109-110 degrees F. and the last topic showed it as clean logs. wondering why i am still freezing. sometimes it is when the computer is idle other times is when it is working. i have fallen in love with this forum and love the help.
