Auto Signature - Generic

Hello,

I am just wondering if there is a way to create an autosignature within Outlook so that the format is generic across the company but the details will change according to the user - taking their personal details from Active Directory. I am fed up with people having similar, but not uniform autosigs.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated
