I use an avery label template (30 up) to make lables for shipping. Here's the thing that drives me crazy: I type in the address in the first label (centred, plain Arial)Often I have multiples to do so I make a copy (Cntrl c) & paste. when I do that the centred formating goes to right justified , and often the font changes and it bolds. This is crazy. How can I stop it from doing that? It would be a relief to figure this out!
thanks shan

I have the same problem, but the solution provided didn't work for me! I have a Mac OSX version 10.3.6, and according to the "about word" thing in my MW, my Word is Microsoft Word X, service release 1. I am so fed up up with this, can somebody please help me?
