Get some cathodes or LEDs... they are cheap.

Nice work, yep mine end up a bit of a mess at the back too, but once it's all covered up it's all good. :)

I'm pretty sure you can still get a 90-day 7 Enterprise trial, I downloaded mine not long ago, I think it was from the Technet website.

Awesome.

One thing though. Is there a way I could download this in Ubuntu, then mount the image since I don't have a burner that works? Mine just died like 2 days ago!! (which makes me a sad panda!)

EDITED TO ADD

Or maybe I could download it to an external drive, and mount from there, and install on the new drive? Would that be possible from Ubuntu?

I'm not sure, I haven't used Ubuntu in a while and I never used that kind of capability with it anyway. Your best bet would be to use another computer to do it, steal the drive out of it. Or just grab one, you can pick them up for reasonably cheap (about $30 over there I believe?)

I don't think you can mount and finish the complete installation while still in Ubuntu. I suggest getting a new drive or you can try to run it as a virtual OS.

I'm working on getting another burner drive so I can burn the ISO. Figures my stuff would hit the fritz right as I got the new computer together.

Over the weekend I was able to burn the disk and install. Running Windows 7 Enterprise now!! Funny thing is, now that my pop saw my computer, he wants me to build him the SAME EXACT COMPUTER. Looks like I'll be building another one in a couple of weeks!!

LOL!!

I was looking at the prices, and they've all been jacked up! The processor is now $60 more than what I paid for it! Everything else except for the motherboard all has raised prices. He probably won't be too happy about that...but what can you do? So, I guess no profit markups for this one!

Usually the prices will slide around 5$ in a couple of months... that's weird.
Good luck with your next build :)
